    The /update endpoint now returns two arrays, the first contains Pokémon from the party and first 14 boxes, and the second contains Pokémon from boxes 15-18 (usually dead).

    This update changes the /update request, it now returns raw encrypted Pokémon data. This is necessary to support extra functions in the calculator. The new endpoint, /paste, replaces the old function.

    Updated to support the final patch.

    This update does not fix the sync issues, since I couldn't replicate them no matter what I tried, but it makes it a little easier for me to find the issue in the future.
